These are Velvet Matte blackened bases that transform when you press your lips together or rub your lips into a sparkle of colour on a deep base.
These are velvet matte so feel lightweight. smooth and non sticky.
Because of the waterproof binders and deep pigments, this product will not easily wash off with standard water. You will need a gentle oil-based makeup remover to remove these.
Wear is expected up to 8 hours but because the formula maintains a velvet-blur texture rather than drying down into a bone-dry liquid matte, a small amount of normal transfer (like on a glass) is to be expected.
