A water activated liner palette.
Shades are all metallic and have a slight colour shift and dry down to a smudge & transfer proof finish.
Palette contains 9 shades.
Use a damp brush and swirl in the pan to pick up product until at desired consistency. Apply to desired area and allow to dry. A hard angled brush seems to work better with these liners as they need slightly more water than our standard matte liners.
DO NOT ADD WATER DIRECTLY TO PAN
These cannot be used like a standard eyeliner they are water activated and therefore must be applied with a damp brush.
