We are awaiting an official statement from Royal Mail but it appears that in some areas delivery for tracked 48 can take up to 14 days.

Once we hand orders over to Royal Mail we have no control over them so please continue to track your orders and contact Royal Mail on 03457 740740 with any queries.

As yet we have no information on whether this is affecting overseas orders but will update as soon as we know more.

VE Completely understand any frustrations caused by this but please be aware that our hands are tied and we only see the same tracking information that is available to you.

We will continue to provide support as detailed in our FAQ's and shipping policy.

If you require your order urgently I would recommend choosing Royal Mail 24 or DHL.
