A stormy sapphire base fractured with electric green and flashes of molten peach.

In the pot, it appears cool blue and gold almost celestial. On skin, it shifts harder, deepening into blue-grey shadow before igniting with sharp green light. The peach-gold spark catches at the edges, giving it contrast rather than softness.

This isn’t a pastel shimmer. It’s atmospheric.

Layered or applied over black, it turns volatile, like light breaking through a collapsing sky.

✦ Ritual Required ✦

For full adherence and longevity, apply over a tacky base.

1. Apply a thin layer of Occultum Seal Gel Primer or a VE tacky base.

2. While still tacky, press Nebula Sapphire onto the skin using a fingertip or flat brush.

3. Layer to intensify depth and reflect.

4. For maximum contrast, apply over Akashic (black) base

Without a binding base, fallout and fading will occur.

✦ Pigment Warning ✦

Due to the high pigment concentration, blue-based shades like Nebula Sapphire may cause temporary staining on some skin tones. This is normal with intense loose colour products and will fade after cleansing.

An oil-based cleanser is recommended for removal.
