I bring you our brightest palette yet, full of stunning neon matte shades and a wonderful mix of rainbow mattes and shimmers.
As neons contain a lot of white pigment to get the most out of the "Neon" colours they will require a primer or suitable base underneath to get them to "Pop". You can also use our Pure Magic Drops to create a liquid neon pigment with a more intense colour.
This does contain shades from our discontinued Riot Grrrl palette, so if you purchased that palette previously you will get duplicates (top and middle row).
