Our fully neon/UV Reactive water active liner palette.
Every shade in this palette glows under UV light - festival ready!
Each colour can be mixed with the others to create more shades.
To use swirl, a damp brush on the colour(s) you want and mix until you have the desired consistency. Apply to wherever you want to use and let it dry.
Do not add water direct to the pans as this will ruin the palette and cause the colours to bleed. Do not use anything other than water as this may change the formula.
As always Vegan & Cruelty free as standard.
