To use swirl, a damp brush on the colour(s) you want and mix until you have the desired consistency. Apply to wherever you want to use and let it dry.
Please refrain from adding direct water to the pans, as this may damage the palette and cause the colors to bleed. Additionally, only use water as alternative liquids may alter the formula.
Take note that the palette is comprised of various finishes, with the top row being UV reactive, the middle row being metallic, and the bottom row featuring neons and pastels.
