Rainclouds is a soft, cool toned lilac-grey gel pigment created for subtle definition and atmospheric looks. Muted yet distinctive, this shade is ideal for ethereal brows, smoky liner, and diffused graphic detailing where black or deeper colours would feel too heavy.

How to Use Rainclouds:

• Artistry work — diffused detailing and atmospheric effects

Key Features:

• Cool lilac-grey shade with soft depth

• Waterproof and long-wearing once set

• Matte finish with smooth, buildable payoff

• Gel-based formula for controlled application

🖤 Occultum Seal

Ritual Binding Gel Primer

Occultum Seal is a crystal clear binding gel designed to grip, intensify, and secure loose pigments with precision and control. Created specifically for loose pigment formulas, it helps keep colour locked in place for hours.

Lightweight and invisible on the skin, this gel creates a softly tacky base without heaviness or interference, allowing the pigment itself to take centre stage. It helps minimise creasing, fading, and fallout, delivering controlled, high impact wear from first press to final look.

This is the step that transforms loose pigment into something truly amazing.

Why You’ll Love Occultum Seal

• Crystal-clear finish that dries invisible on the skin

• Long-lasting, crease-resistant hold

• Designed specifically for loose pigments

• Lightweight, non-greasy gel texture

• Ideal for gothic, alternative, editorial, and everyday makeup

• Vegan and cruelty-free

• Not a sticky glitter glue

• Not a heavy cream base
• A precise binding seal that enhances performance without altering the soul of the pigment.

Ritual Application

• Start with clean, dry eyelids

• Apply a small amount using a fingertip or flat synthetic brush

• Smooth into a thin, even layer where pigment will be placed

• Wait 10–15 seconds until the gel feels softly tacky

• Press loose pigment onto the lid, do not swipe, to keep the shift crisp and intense

• Build, layer, or blend as desired

Pro tip: If you have very oily lids, lightly set with powder before applying the gel.

Occultum Luxe · The Binding Element

Occultum Seal is the unifying ritual step across the Occultum Luxe collection, designed to unlock the full intensity of Spectral Flux, Celestial Dusts, and Arcane Shards.

This is the seal that keeps the magick exactly where you place it.

Who Occultum Seal is for

Occultum Seal is ideal for:

• Loose pigments, multichromes, flakes, and specialty shadows

• Anyone who struggles with fallout or pigment movement

• Editorial, gothic, alternative, and high impact eye looks

• Makeup wearers who want control and precision, not mess

• Those who prefer a lightweight gel over thick cream primers

If you use loose pigment and want it to stay exactly where you place it, this is your binding step.

Who it may not be for

Occultum Seal may not be the best match if:

• You’re looking for a traditional creamy eyeshadow primer

• You only use pressed matte shadows

• You have very sensitive or easily irritated eyes

• You want a completely dry, non-tacky base

This product is designed to create a softly tacky grip  that’s how it binds pigment.

Frequently Asked Questions About Loose Pigment Eyeshadow

How do you apply loose pigment eyeshadow without fallout?

To prevent fallout, apply a thin layer of a binding gel like Occultum Seal and wait until it becomes softly tacky. Then press the loose pigment onto the lid using a flat brush or fingertip. Do not swipe, as swiping disrupts the base and causes fallout.

Do you need a primer for loose pigment?

Yes. Loose pigments require a tacky base to grip onto the skin. Without a binding primer, pigments can crease, fade, or fall onto the cheeks. A lightweight gel binder helps anchor particles and improve wear time.

Why should you press pigment instead of swipe?

Pressing keeps pigment concentrated and prevents disturbing the tacky base. Swiping breaks the binding layer, reduces colour intensity, and can lift product underneath.

Can you use loose pigment over eyeshadow?

Yes. Apply your base eyeshadow first. Then lightly tap a binding gel onto the area you want to intensify. Once tacky, press loose pigment on top. Avoid swiping to prevent lifting the shadow underneath.

Is Occultum Seal a glitter glue?

No. Occultum Seal is not a thick glitter glue. It is a lightweight, water-based binding gel designed specifically to grip loose pigment while remaining comfortable and invisible on the skin.
