VE Cosmetics Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch every order as swiftly and safely as possible, ensuring your parcel reaches you in perfect condition.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or DHL/FedEx/DPD, depending on the weight and value of your order.
Once your parcel has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
If no one is available to receive your delivery, the courier may return it to your local depot for collection or attempt redelivery. If you do not collect your parcel and it is returned to us, you will be charged the full postal price plus a handling fee to have it resent.
If you choose not to have it resent, your order will be refunded minus postage costs and a 20% restock fee.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot refund or replace parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, DHL, FedEx, or Trackpak, depending on your location. All overseas shipments include electronic customs data for faster processing.
When your parcel reaches your country, it will be inspected by customs. Customs duties, taxes, and local clearance or handling fees may apply , these are determined by your country’s regulations and trade agreements, and are not controlled or collected by VE Cosmetics. You will be contacted by your local customs office or courier to pay any fees before delivery.

These fees are non-refundable, and we do not receive any portion of them.
For USA orders, a tariff charge is included at checkout to cover import costs. This ensures no additional tariff fees are requested upon delivery.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing info@ve-cosmetics.com with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return unopened items in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy but you will be responsible for both the original and return postage costs.
Delays & Updates
Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by postal strikes, customs delays, or seasonal demand. Any updates on wider postal issues will be shared on our homepage (Digital Grimoire) and social channels.
