Poisonous Lip Drip – Ergot

Peach-Copper • Gold Shift • Multichrome Non-Sticky Gloss

Ergot is a warm multichrome lip gloss with a peach-copper base and a strong golden shift, with flashes of rose and olive-green appearing as the light and angle change.

Worn alone, it creates a warm, luminous finish with the gold shift catching strongly across the lips. Over darker lip colours, the deeper copper, rose and green tones become more visible, giving Ergot a completely different effect.

The lightweight, non-sticky formula gives lips a smooth, high-shine finish and works equally well as a standalone gloss or as a transforming lip topper.

Named after ergot, a fungus associated with cereal crops and known historically for causing ergotism. Its unusual history has also led to theories connecting ergot poisoning with episodes of historical mass illness and accusations of witchcraft. The name is inspiration only Ergot Lip Drip does not contain ergot.

Wear Ergot alone for a warm peach-copper gloss with bright golden shimmer, or layer it over deeper lip colours to bring out more of its copper, rose and green shift.

For the strongest multichrome effect, move between different lighting and angles — the shifting pigments reflect differently depending on the light source and the colour underneath.

This is so beautiful. Its quite opaque so I tend to sheer it out with a clear lipgloss. On its own its non-sticky and comfortable to wear. The green to blue shift is everything!

This is a great lipgloss - very pretty! It sits well on the lips, lasts, it's hydrating, and it feels substantial and not too thin, but it's not sticky. The shade Brugmansia gives a lovely golden sheen that's perfect as a topper or as an office friendly gloss by itself. I love the fact that there is no glitter grit and no perfume or weird cheap smell. It just...does not really have a scent that I can detect, which is great. Packaging - super pretty though it looks and feels a bit on closer look and there are some rough edges. The applicator end is a bit too small and flimsy for my taste. However, the whole thing looks cute, and I like the product inside, so it's fine. Just don't expect Christian Laboutin ;)
