1. Apply a thin layer of Occultum Seal Gel Primer or your chosen VE tacky base.

2. While still tacky, press Hexed Iris onto the skin using a fingertip or flat brush.

3. Layer to intensify shift and sparkle.

4. For maximum contrast and depth, apply over Akashic (black) eyeshadow base.

Without a binding base, fallout and fading will occur.

Stillness is a cool-toned, iridescent pink highlighter with a pale translucent base and a luminous rosy shift. As it catches the light, the finish moves from a delicate pink sheen to a brighter, almost icy reflection.

The finely milled pressed powder blends smoothly across the skin without leaving a chalky cast or pieces of chunky glitter. Apply it lightly for a soft pink glow, or build the colour for a more intense, otherworldly highlight.
