The Story Behind Cher Amie

Cher Amie was created as a little love letter to one of the most overlooked birds around. Their seemingly grey feathers transform in the light, revealing flashes of extraordinary blue, green and violet iridescence, exactly the effect that inspired this shade.

The name Cher Amie, meaning “dear friend”, is also a nod to the famous homing pigeon Cher Ami, remembered for carrying a vital message during the First World War despite being badly injured.

A tiny tribute to resilience, loyalty and the beauty we sometimes stop noticing because we see it every day.
